Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida is one of the most unique building designs we’ve had the pleasure of participating in with Coastal Construction & Dezer Development! Exclusive, one of a kind, luxurious 132 unit tower.

Our team provided fabrication & installation of multiple material types of wall paneling for many of the common areas including lobbies, private dining areas, bars, private lounges, restaurant, club room, hair salon, spa, massage room, yoga studio, restrooms, and mailroom. We also contributed the valet, concierge, spa, & hostess desk areas; and casework, counters, and flooring. The lobby desk accent walls, the restaurant mirrored ceiling & banquette seating, custom ”G” door handles, column wraps, & built in TV surrounds were most creative and we are extremely proud of their effects on the overall presentation. This finished design concept has countless double-take features!
